President / CEO
Scott Mueller is the President and CEO of NATIONAL. Mueller acquired NATIONAL in 2008. Prior to NATIONAL, Mueller was the founding owner of NATIONALDocument Solutions (NDS) in Dayton, OH. NDS was a startup organization which rose to become an award winning, nationally recognized company. Scott Mueller has over 20 years experience in the Managed Print Services industry and more than 15 years experience as a business owner.
Over the years, Mueller’s companies have won many awards, including: U.S. Dealer of the Year, Top U.S. Sales Program and Better Business Bureau “Honoree for Ethics”. Mueller is currently the President of the Dealer Advisory Council for Kyocera. During his career, Mueller has been on the Hewlett Packard, Kyocera, Konica Minolta and Captaris’ Dealer Advisory Councils.
Mueller grew up in Guilderland, NY and attended The State University of New York at Plattsburgh, where he played basketball and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. Mueller currently resides in Clifton Park, NY.
Bryan MuellerSenior Vice President
Bryan Mueller, Senior Vice President of NATIONAL, joined the company in 2008, bringing more than 20 years of experience in sales and general business management.
Bryan Mueller specializes in reducing customer costs, improving client workflow and educating clients in new technologies and services.
Mueller grew up in Guilderland, NY and attended Utica College where he played Division 1 baseball and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business. Mueller currently resides in Queensbury, NY.
Chris SherskyCFO, VP of Operations
Chris Shersky joined National Business Technologies in 2014 as CFO, VP of Operations and remains responsible
for all Financial, Administrative and Services operations.
Prior to joining National, Chris spent 23 years as CFO with a document solutions
provider as a key member of the leadership team. His client centric approach revenue helped support revenue growth
from $3.5 million to $30 million.
Chris earned a B.S. from the University of Kentucky in Accounting and began his
career as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen.
Chris relocated his family from Cincinnati to join the National executive team.
Shawn SavilleVice President - Services
Shawn Saville, Vice President – of NATIONAL, joined the company in 2016, bringing 27 years of experience in service and management with a document solutions provider as a key member of the leadership team. In addition, Shawn has served over 30 years in the military.
Shawn Saville is responsible for setting parameters to judge how effectively and efficiently NATIONAL’s service division is operating and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Shawn grew up in Hudson Falls, has served over 30 years combined service in the Military (Active Duty Army and Army Reserve) to include a 12-month deployment in Iraqi.
Shawn RyanVice President - Sales
Tenure: 9 Years with National
Shawn Ryan is the Vice President of Sales of the Burlington branch office where he oversees all sales and service operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Clients benefit from his experience in strategizing and executing imaging and document management solutions that reduce costs, improve employee productivity, enhance security and reduce an organizations carbon footprint.
Shawn has his Bachelor of Science from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
Josh GoldsteinTrusted Advisor / Sales Manager
Tenure: 6 Years sales experience
Josh Goldstein leads the growing team of NATIONAL Trusted Advisers who are responsible for communicating technology solutions and business opportunities to new and existing clients.
Josh is proficient in the design and implementation of NATIONAL’s wide array of business products and services that reduce costs and improve productivity and security protection.
Josh has his Bachelor of Science from State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
Scott BloodConnectivity Manager
Scott Blood is a Technical Support Professional with more than 20 years’ experience and over 17 years of that in the Office technology Industry.
Over the years, he has worked for several local dealers and spent 5 years with Kyocera as a Regional Technical Representative.
Scott is a lifelong Capital District resident and currently lives in Rexford, NY with his wife of 25 years and his daughter who attends Iroquois Middle school. Aside from his enthusiasm for all things related to military aviation history, Scott also enjoys camping, ‘tinkering’, all kinds of film and spending time with his family.
Dr. Mark GilderIT Consultant
Dr. Mark Gilder joined NATIONAL as our IT Consultant to build our IT Services Company. Mark earned his PhD in Computer Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. (RPI) and has served as a Professor at The College of Saint Rose and The State University of New York at Albany. Prior to joining NATIONAL Mark worked as a Senior Computer Scientist at GE Global Research. Mark’s IT career has taken him all over the world to work on Information Technology projects for a wide range of organizations allowing him to provide NATIONAL customers with IT best practices from some of the largest companies in the world.
Mark grew up in Troy, New York and currently lives in Clifton Park, New York.
Russ MaharDirector of Technology
Tenure: 32 Years with NATIONAL
Russ Mahar leads the NATIONAL team of business technology professionals who enable customers to achieve their business objectives within their budget by deploying the most appropriate products, services and solutions.
With over 30 years experience servicing NATIONAL clients throughout the Tech Valley, Russ has earned an excellent reputation for providing service excellence with a personal touch.
Russ is a factory certified technician on over 50 MFP models including certifications in document storage systems and workflow software to help customers streamline their traditional paper based processes into digital environments.
In his spare time, Russ likes to build/repair PC systems.
Jayson TateDirector of Telecommunications
Jayson Tate is an award winning telecommunications professional with 25 years’ experience including certifications in Nortel, ShoreTel, NEC, Active voice, Octel and other major solutions.
Jayson’s community involvement includes leadership positions with the Miss Shen Softball Board and the YMCA Adventure Princesses Program.
Jason served on board the battleship USS Missouri during Desert Storm, is an avid sports fan, and is the proud husband and father of 3 children in Clifton Park.
John ArabioBusiness Manager
Tenure: 17 Years with NATIONAL
John Arabio is responsible for ensuring strong customer relationships by overseeing many of NATIONAL’s core business operations including Human Resources, Talent Management, Vendor Selection and Integration, and NATIONAL’s Contract and Bid Response Programs.
With many years of experience serving NATIONAL clients, John is a proficient and respected member of the leadership team.
Prior to joining NATIONAL, John graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University at Albany State University of New York.
Lorinda C. MartinCustomer Service Manager
Tenure: 20+ Years of Customer Service
Lorinda Martin is an experienced customer service professional who is responsible for ensuring clients receive maximum value from their relationship with NATIONAL.
Leading the team of customer service representatives, Lorinda’s key areas of responsibility include client satisfaction, accounts receivable, supplies, and billing.
Lorinda has an AOS degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management.
Lawrence ScottService Manager
Tenure: 16 Years with NATIONAL
Lawrence Scott is an experienced on site technician who has earned his leadership role as Service Manager at NATIONAL. As the service manager, Lawrence is responsible for training and professional development of the NATIONAL technical support team.
With over 15 years experience as an in field service person and senior technician, Lawrence brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to help customers maximize the performance of their NATIONAL office products and services.
Lawrence and his team have been recognized as a Silver Seal recipient by Konica Minolta corporation and are proficient in providing service excellence for NATIONAL’s entire award winning line up of Kyocera, Konica Minolta and Xerox products.
